I am Peet Koekemoer, a farmer and Stud Breeder of Petana Beefmasters in North West South Africa. We produce high quality Hardened Stud Bulls for Stud breeding and Commercial cattle farming. We also plant crops that provide us with much needed feeding materials to get our cattle trough tough winter months.

20 pregnant heifers
50 open heifers that walked with a Bull, possibly pregnant.
3. Which auction lots should people be on the lookout for and why?
Lot 1 to 7 is the best of the best, but because we breed with large numbers of Cows all the Bulls on our auction are Top quality chosen from a large number of Bulls.

4. What is your breeding policy, and why?
We give our Animals the best chance through care and love so they can give us the best they have and be able to adapt to any part of South Africa. The proof is in the Animal's ability. Cows looking after their calves with excellent calving abilities and enough milk, and Highly fertile Bulls. All our animals are tested for Trichnomiase, BM, and checked by our Vet Monthly. If you care for your Animals they will care for you.
5. Give us some history regarding your stud.
5 Generations of Crop and cattle farming in NW South Africa. We started our Stud over 25 years ago. Our goal is to produce the best Animals from the best Genetics with Genetics in our Stud that came from the beginning of Beefmaster in South Africa, and through AI we used the best genetics to form our Stud to what it is today.

We only sell bulls 3 years and older, they are all proven animals ready to be used in your herd.
