to OBS 14 225, sold for R210 000 in 2021. His grand sire is OBS 77 05 who is out of the cows
who laid the foundation for OBS 200 18. On dam’s side OBS 156 03 bred OBS 11 50 and OBS
39 13, both used in our herd. Also on dam side are embryo donors OBS 00 10 and NLP 89
21, our Sugarata 09 daughter. OBS 00 10 is also the dam of OBS 09 158, herd sire at
Boshoek Brahmans, owned by the late Sakkie Haasbroek. 139’s dam is another of our
model cows who weans heavy calves and yet maintains her condition throughout the year.
