Hippo hunting permit fee is R 100 admin fee and R 1,586 specie fee. Total R 1,686 and will be additional. 1. Hunting will be conducted in Molatedi dam and the river systems from this dam.
2. Hunting outfitter may apply for permits with the permission of the relevant landowners from the adjacent land.
3. Hunting outfitter must have proven track record assisting PDI and community involvement, and must make use of a PDI professional hunter during the hunting to support training.
4. Meat from the animal harvested will be donated by the hunting outfitter to the nearest community.
