Temperament en hantering
Albei bulle is geleer en gewoond aan hantering. Hulle is afgerig om:
· op bevel te gaan sit;
· ’n persoon op hul rug te aanvaar;
· met ’n ruiter op te staan;
· gelei te word.
Hulle het dus ’n goeie grondslag vir verdere afrigting, insluitend moontlike gebruik vir toerisme en ontspanning.
Hierdie is nog jong, ontwikkelende kamele. Ons beveel aan dat vragte tot 25 kg beperk vir die volgende jaar. Daarna kan dit geleidelik verhoog word totdat hulle op volwasse ouderdom sterk genoeg is om soveel as 100 kg te dra.
Die toepaslike vrag sal afhang van die individuele kameel se ontwikkeling, kondisie en vlak van afrigting.

Handling and training
Both bulls are trained and accustomed to handling. They have been trained to:
· sit down on command;
· accept a person on their back;
· stand up with a rider;
· walk on a lead.
They therefore have a useful foundation for further training, including potential tourism and recreational use.
Riding and load guidance
These are still young, developing camels. We recommend limiting loads to 25 kg for the next year. Thereafter, the load can be gradually increased until they are mature and strong enough to carry up to 100 kg.
The appropriate load will depend on the individual camel's development, condition and level of training.
