Z278 is a combination of the three great Westholme bulls, his
sire is the great ETJ001 whose sire Dai 20 Hirashige is claimed
as one of the top 15 bulls in Japan. His dam is by ETJ003 who
in turn was out of a daughter of the high milk and muscle
bull ETJ002. Z278 has EBVs of +23 (200 day weight), 34 (400
day weight), 43 (600 day weight) and +1,8 for milk. He has
been widely used in Australia, North American and Mexico
with great results for not only is Z278 the top carcass weight
bull in the 2014 Research EBV’s but he is a trait leader in
growth, milk, testicle size and EMA.
