1.      Bidders Registrations will be entertained at any time prior to the Auction (subject to the Auction Registration Pre-Requisites being met and approval by Auction Dynamix CC) and Bidding will close strictly at 12:00 on the last day of the Auction, except for Extended Bidding (if applicable). Please register and bid on time to avoid disappointment.

2.      Auction Registration Pre-Requisites:

a.      A N$ 25,000-00 (Twenty Five Thousand Namibia Dollars) Registration Deposit payable into the Trust Account of Auction Dynamix CC, Bank Windhoek – Capricorn Branch (Code 486372), Account 8031779471. The Registration Deposit will form part of the 10% Buyer's Deposit (as indicated below) should you be the successful Bidder, alternatively it will be refunded.

b.      Satisfactory WRITTEN proof of financial capabilities should be provided to the Auctioneer before Registration (ie. we will require a letter from your Financial Institution confirming that you are capable of paying the Potential Purchase Price, directly after the Auction. Bidders (potential Buyers) applying for finance (via a Financial Institution), should do so in advance and have confirmed finance before they will be eligible for Registration.

3.      A 10% Buyer's deposit & 5% Buyers commission (+ V.A.T.) will be payable on the fall of the hammer.

4.      The balance of the Purchase Price will be payable in Cash or Electronic Fund Transfer or acceptable bank guarantee within 21 working days of the Auction.

5.      No V.A.T. will apply on the Purchase Price (if applicable).

6.      Possession and Occupation of the Property will be given on Registration of Transfer.

7.      Even though the property will be sold "subject to confirmation", the conditions above will still apply.

8.      The Seller reserves the right to accept or refuse any bids within 7 Working days of the Auction.

9.      The Auctioneer reserves the right to withdraw the Lot at any time prior to, during or after the Auction.

10.   No Telephone & Proxy Bidders will be accepted, only Online Bidding via the website of SwiftVee Namibia https://www.swiftvee.com/

11.   The Seller or Authorised Seller reserves the right to determine a Reserve Price before or during the Auction and it remains in the absolute discretion of such Seller or Authorised Seller to sell the property during or after the Auction.
